How do I place my order?

  3. Add to Cart – Click “Add to Cart”. You can add multiple products before checkout.
  4. Review Your Cart – Confirm the selected items.
  5. Proceed to Checkout – Click “Checkout” to continue.
  6. Enter Email Address – Provide a valid email (used for order and shipping updates).
  7. Add Shipping Address – Enter your complete delivery address.
  8. Choose Payment Method – Select your preferred payment option.
  9. Confirm Order – Review and place your order securely.
Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need an account to place an order—guest checkout is available. However, creating an account comes with extra benefits: you’ll enjoy a smoother shopping experience with saved details and faster checkout. While optional, we recommend signing up to take advantage of these perks.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment methods through Razorpay Secure Checkout, including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and more), all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.), popular digital wallets, and net banking from leading banks. All transactions are fully encrypted and processed securely.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes, all online payments are completely safe. Whether you pay via UPI, cards, wallets, or net banking, every transaction is processed securely through Razorpay.

Can I use discount codes or gift cards?

At the moment, we don’t offer gift cards. However, you can use discount codes during checkout. For example, when you sign up on our website, you’ll receive a 10% off code for your first order. Simply enter the code in the discount field at checkout, and the discount will be applied automatically.

Shipping & Delivery

How will I get confirmation that my order is placed successfully?

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the delivery partner details and tracking ID so you can track your order until it reaches your doorstep.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days. The exact delivery time may vary depending on your shipping address and location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹60 COD charge applies.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. Currently, we only deliver within India.

replacements & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so please review your cart carefully before confirming your purchase.

What is your return policy?

We currently do not offer returns or refunds. If the product you receive is damaged or defective, we offer a replacement of the same item. To process this, you’ll need to share clear photos or videos of the issue (an unboxing video is helpful but not mandatory). Once verified, we’ll arrange the replacement for you.

How do I request a replacement?

If your product is damaged or defective, you can request a replacement by contacting us on WhatsApp or emailing us at support@outfitcrew.com. Our team will guide you through the process.

When will I get my replacement?

Once we verify and approve your claim for a damaged or defective product, we will process your replacement. The replacement will usually be shipped within 3–5 business days after approval, and you’ll receive tracking details once it’s dispatched.

How do I choose the right size?

Yes! A detailed size chart is provided on each product page. You can use it to check measurements for all available sizes.

Are the product colors the same as shown in the photos?

We try to match product colors as closely as possible to the images. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screens, or mockup previews, but the actual product will be very close.
