Welcome to Outfitcrew. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (outfitcrew.com) and the services we provide. By using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. Account Registration

You may browse and shop on our website without creating an account. 

To register, you must provide a valid email address. Instead of a password, we use a secure One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email for verification. This ensures a safer and more streamlined login experience.

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your verified email. Please ensure your email account remains secure and accessible at all times.

2. Product Availability & Orders

All products are made-to-order and subject to availability. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

After successful order placement, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase.

3. Payments

Payments are securely processed via Razorpay and include options such as UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. All payment details are encrypted and managed by Razorpay’s secure infrastructure.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a flat additional charge of ₹60.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days based on location.

Free shipping is applicable on prepaid orders only. Tracking details will be sent via email once the order is dispatched.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We follow a strict no return and no refund policy.

However, replacements are available for damaged or defective products. Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the issue (an unboxing video is helpful but not mandatory) to be eligible for a replacement.

6. Product Descriptions & Colors

We strive to display product images, colors, and sizes accurately. However, variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing tolerances.

Please refer to the size chart before placing your order. Outfitcrew is not liable for incorrect size selection by the user.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product names, brand assets, logos, text, and images — is either the intellectual property of Outfitcrew or used with appropriate rights or inspiration.

Some designs may be inspired by publicly available artworks, pop culture, or trends. While we strive to create unique apparel by combining and modifying elements, we do not claim ownership over any original third-party content where applicable.

8. Privacy & Data Collection

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal personal data such as name, email, address, and order history to fulfill your requests.

We do not collect passwords. Your login is verified through a secure OTP sent to your email.

9. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. Send your request to support@outfitcrew.com with relevant details. We will process it within 5 business days post-verification.

We may retain certain transactional data as required for accounting or legal compliance.

10. Limitation of Liability

Outfitcrew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

In no case will our liability exceed the purchase amount of the product in question.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
